Is there anyone who has an opinion on whether SIMS is a good buying opportunity at the moment? Buy for dividends? Buy for growth? ~$15 shares have bobbled around for 12 months. Not quite sure what to make of it. "Sims Upgraded to Buy from Neutral by Citi" with a 17% price slash to $17/share.
