the other reason i like als is that they pay out dividends. If you look at the div stats i provided you will see that they are paying 50-67c in div's except for the last year where it decreased to 7c.

I am of the opinion that mgmt want to start getting back to a good div payout within this region of 50-70c as soon as they can. They had to retract on their new policy which stated they would not decrease dividends in any one year (see announcments re div policies.
