Yeh you can buy the options when they come on market. However if you only want to pay 0.5c for them you must hold shares to be entitled to this at a 1 for 2 basis i.e. for every 2 shares you hold you will receive 1 option at 0.5c if you choose. Ex date should be very soon i.e. before June 30.
