Gold One International Ltd., the miner of the precious metal, said it?s assessing a possible acquisition and considering a transaction that could lead to an offer to buy out minority shareholders
I have a few of these. Any indication of how many shares would you have to have to be coincidered a minority shareholder? And what carrot do you see being offered to entice shareholders to sell?
