Currently mobile phone's touch screen is the main demand of rare earth polishing powder, occupying about 8000 tons of 13700 tons, mainly REE of rare earth polishing powder is Ce.

the Ce's price in Baotou exchange yesterday appeared in a rare crash, from RMB 19.8/kg to 18.96/kg, -0.86;
Baotou's stock has fallen the low since 1997.
