I am wanting to hear from anyone who has purchased property in the USA as an Australian. Particularly interested in the best way to source properties, check they are legitimate and the biggest one I have trouble finding info on, arranging finance. I've contacted the big four here and they wont lend to fund overseas property investment.
If the US property market hasn't bottomed it must be damn close.
