re the US master fund by Dixon again, leveraging for the fund is about 50% (safeish) and of course is sensitive currency fluctuations. Interesting to see how liquid it will be when it lists on the ASX.
Anyway, if you haven't looked at this, it could be an option other than physically going to the US and buying a property, which you would have to/should do if you were even considering buying a property.
