transarensa Do you not have a taxation accountant, or lawyer to direct your enquiries to ?. That would be the best advice, rather than relying on an internet site. We would hate to give you the wrong information.
I do not know the way esuper works, or what additional criteria they require of you. If it was my superfund, I would treat it the same way as if I were purchasing property for myself, or my trusts or company. Your lawyer handling the purchase will instruct you on these matters. You must have a legal professional acting on your behalf. The purchase is rather straight forward. You write a cheque from the superfund account for the deposit. When settlement is approved, the lawyer will instruct you, to go to the bank and get the bank to write you a bank cheque for the settlement. You can of course use internet banking rather than a cheque for payment of any expenses. I prefer to use a cheque for large payments, as I have a limit on the amount for internet transactions. Settlement is always by way of a Bank Cheque.
Just put on your superfund hat when doing any transactions on behalf of the fund. ie you wear a different hat when playing the different roles, as a superfund trustee versus an individual.
We are happy to help, but you can really get a bum steer, as some of the information provided here can be so wrong, so often, that it would be detrimental to you.
Feel free to ask at anytime, but I would be using a reliable back up source for confirmation at all times. cheers
