so what gives?
RFG increased NPAT last year 17%, EPS up 12%
guidance is NPAT up 20% for FY17.
And yet the stock has been relentlessly sold down since the half yearly.
Does the market not believe them?
RFG is on a P/E of 12 and something like 10 if you believe their forecast.
Yes, revenue has decreased in some of their core businesses, but if NPAT and EPS are increasing then isn't that better for shareholders..? Certainly does not justify the sharp sell down.....?
