Agree with niloony.
QLD is a real mystery to me. We bought a block in Burrum Heads (20 mins north of Hervey Bay) about 100m to the beachfront back in 2007 and it's gone down in value ever since. It's such a beautiful area and so very affordable ... I can't understand it. I think our kids will inherit it ... can't see us getting our money back any time soon.
