SBM are currently in the process of acquiring BDC in a scrip offer - 0.3604 SBM for each BDC. IMO this deal looks a win win for both shareholders so it should go through in April.
Since the deal has been announced the BDC share price has followed the SBM share price but often with a 5 cent discount.
I bought BDC for a trade given the discount - but sadly I did not look at SBM carefully. I don't like SBM's 2025 spending strategy (too risky particularly Simberi).
