The half yearly report clearly states that the company has until the end of May to come up with an acceptable recapitalization plan. The report also states that the management believe the deal will be signed soon. On what basis are these HC experts predicting VA in a few days.? By the way, I hope sellers consider the impacts of discount rate ( UK, Yesterday) change to SGH claims? That itself is enough to make UK division cash flows positive in the next report.
