I think restructuring ANN and D 4 E if any will come after
SGH knows if CA'S are being settled in mediation.
Once this is known i think SGH will decide which way to go and come out with ANN.
All those who are pursuing CA will be wise if they take the money and run.
This is the best way out for the long suffering shareholders.
If the case goes to court, then first they may lose and then longer the case runs, more prolonged the agony and more money taken by lawyers and less going to shareholders.
Let us see what future holds.
