I think CAs are NOT being settled in mediation anytime soon. I believe there is $100M or so of insurance but Grant found a reference there may be $150M of insurance. Although I think MB would opt for quick settlement with that now ACA is going forward there isn't enough insurance to go around. I believe it will now be a fight to the death and damages claims against SGH may now blow out to $500M or more.

As far as restructuring and recapitalisation I think Anchorage wants to get that finished ASAP so they aren't just continually stumping up more money to keep SGH alive.
