Just phoned Barclays. None went through.

Maybe I have just called the low point by missing my buying opportunity.

I place my orders during the day UK time so have little control. Can't adjust the price during ASX trading hours.

Once the tax loss selling is over I think the price will go up a little. A 30c takeover is now a distant memory and won't be repeated. I reckon Rio will buy us for 10c (~$180m must be small change to them) then hold on to the resource until IO picks up. That'd be a big premium to the current price but a pittance compared with the previous deal.
