Hi donedeal, I only posted because you recently asked me what kind of numbers we could expect if China were to make a surprise move.
I think we can only go by current, real world news, data and developments for clues.
This time I decided to seriously err on the side of conservatism.
I was expecting some may question my depressed assumptions of Mbalam-Nabeba's value based on:
- India (sending a special envoy to lobby for Wologisi against China recently) could muster just $US 800M (a mere 7.4% of the $11 Billion Afghan IO project) as her best shot from the locker.
- China bidding $US1 Billion (just 20% of the special $5 Billion incentives for the rights to develop Wologisi).
