Yeah, it appears that most of the specie REITS are being rerated now (e.g. MDT, CER, VPG, TSO) and to a lesser degree MIX.
May be a good day just due to association...
Looking at the glass being half-full... a delay in the EOI announcement may be because they are having to finalise some sale and purchase terms ??? Hopeful thinking ???
