@hitnmiss43: I'm no expert but I think they can still vary the details.
With options I think that once it been issued it cannot be changed but I think an offer like this which has not closed yet can be (probably with restrictions like the close date previously discussed).
No idea where to look to find out about this sort of stuff - any commercial lawyer types out there? Nah... who'd want to admit to that :-)
