    PPl have forgotten about this stock very quickly. We need an update on what the plan with the JV is to get this one moving again. I would say with the rain easing up north there plans to get more rigs will also bring some renewed interest. Coal stocks in general not going too flash this week but I'm sure that won't last. There is lots of activity in the coal industry atm so hold on. CAN'T sell anyway atm. LOL
