Mos are to me smack dab in the middle of the action.
Wallumbilla 50% share and highly prospective tenements in the surat make Mos a legitimate target for a predator.
All the gas has got to come through here especially if the newcastle venture gets up an running.
If Mos had the cash they would be drilling many targets on their leases.
But alas they have not....but a predator with the cash has,
So maybe not a takeover is possible but a cash injection via joint venturers.
More gas is needed if they are going to supply NSW via the muted pipeline.
PNG gas is still years away and gas prices will take off in the near future.
So where else can NSW get a cheaper supply from only the Surat would fit this bill in the near term.
Its all about covering your bases.
