So, you expect a company with $40M in market cap to raise $220M.. or be able to obtain $220M in debt (you know, at under 10% interest rates of course)....
(even, assume SP triples... would still need to raise DOUBLE the TRIPLED market cap...)
Wouldn't a farm in be, realistically the only way? Assuming so... you aren't at all scared that current holders will get screwed over?
