30 days seems like a long time to release minutes, could mean a lot was discussed in detail, whether that means it is good or complicated is up to interpretation. Large buying seems like a good sign though, maybe someone knows a bit more. Would be great to see it above 21. Technically it looks strong, the first time we have seen the stock continue to go up after an initial large spike upward looking as far back as 2 yrs, someone is clearly interested.
