The assets of what MYR have is massive, Brand Positioning, scale etc.
Go to any Mall anywhere that has a Myer and try and get a car park.
All the Malls near me have added 3 times as many car spaces and still its hard to find a park.
Never before have women had so much spending power and power over their own spending.
Never before has so much credit been available.
Never before has Real estate pumped up in price like it has now.
You have super easy Mortgage re-jigs and switching etc.
Tax returns on the way.
It all points to Retail being pretty solid,
I expect 2017 Chistmas spend to break all records.
Myer will be 30-50c Higher by Christmas.
