Unfortunately I have to agree with you. If it's status quo then the SP will definitely go lower, thanks to short interests and frustrated holders. MYR ROE is very average, but I am glad they are not borrowing to grow. That could be spell the death of this icon at a much faster rate.
Hopefully there is something big in the pipeline line, like using there premium realestate for more attractive brands (SL). They need to really look at improving foot traffic through their stores. Maybe renting out some space to an Apple store or the alike. They need to be a lot more innovative and think outside the box for true growth.
