Not sure how you can predict a sp takeoff as a fact, seriously "believe" in a prospect as a fact, or value the Thai assets so much higher than the market or most here would as a fact.
As for Roc, it"s hardly part of your "ONE DRILL", and is contingent.
Me thinks the facts were actually half truths and opinion peppered in a ramp.
