    thnx for that...I agree, they are due an announcement. Given their balance sheet they can afford a $20 mill acquisition without issuing any more paper. I suspect the selling in Tox right now is due partly to CU and Zn chasing (mad !!!) and partly due to the misplaced belief that they will raise more money.
