buying today stupid or brainy

If my thoughts are right and my brain is not too useless, then we will see very soon either an investor or more likely another CSG-Player picking up the 25 % stake. I read recently that this month the QLD-Government will be auctioning new gas-tenements. This costs a lot of money so it will be cheaper for a CSG-Player to grab a 25 % share of 33000 km2 in Australia and 60000 km2 in PNG.
You can sometimes call the bankers stupid, but not that stupid to sell those million shares online. So what are people afraid of ? This is not a poor company performance that has triggered the problems but an investor stuffed up.
This is not CNP,AFG,ABS and again, if I’m right then we will see the SP above the 30 cents level soon.
