Yes after walking the grounds with them many many years ago and listening to the plans and seeing the results but watching plans fall apart has been a little hard.
I will try and change my uneducated investment decisions from years gone by where one tries to support local up and coming businesses as I do now know better
But as I have been at the forefront of many projects over 34 years, I know we could be better than we are
