I am contemplating buying back into this one and see the price just sub 10 cents.
Can someone clarify, is the current MD staying on or is a new one to be appointed? Inline with the Bonus Payment? Is this why we are not hearing much from Management right now while they appoint a new MD?
To me the company must be in better position than it was this time last year, so the SP looks like it has significant upside now into FY2011.
Goldman Sachs buying a stake this has to be vote of confidence.
The European crisis does not impact VPG as they have income from management rights and not asset values.
Is this a takeover target at this price or merger, JV?
Thoughts anyone?
