Yep that's right and the guy was going to email that broker's current research paper on HIG to me but never did - hopefully those 14mil Banking options have now expired unexercised(but probably have to wait until Wed to be sure) - they were an overhang on this stock as they would have been dumped back on the market as the Banking syndicate would have had no interest in keeping them - maybe this is one of the reasons for the current buying - but hopefully good news on the Ramu court case shortly and confirmation from Xstrata that they are going ahead with the Frieda feasibility study.
