I put it down to bad management. Alex and his croons singlehandedly dropped this stock from mid 20's to 16-17 with a nothing announcement about CNNC. Even if there was no announcement it would have stayed in the 20's. Bunch of clowns at the top I'm afraid and unless they send out a positive announcement this stock looks like being added to my "what if" list....
