Another thing don't understand is to compare the spot price in 2004 and right now 2016. Price is pretty much the same. However, right now the operating reactors are 447 and bit of more than 2004's 440. Planned reactors is more than 60 and is much more than 2004. In 2004, there is no Paris agreement. No one was seriously talking about tackling the climate change or reduce pollution, however, right now is not empty talking. Many countries are actually start working on it. Why POU is still such low? Although CNNC is not sealed yet but is still 2nd of November and still half way in the 4th quarter....
