2 years ago they were predicting $60 to $70 by end of 2015.
1 year ago they were saying around $50 by end of 2016.
Reality - end of 2016 = I will take anything above $20.
Given that they have been so wrong in the past - we can only hope they will be wrong again.
Without commodity price tripling by end of 2018 there will be barely a market left - if it does triple PDN will be one of the select few left.
