Have yet to see any evidence of this. The recent post on the link up with Tata Power came pretty much from a 3rd party. If he is keen to get the business pumping he would be front footing collaborations such as the Tata Power one.
Having zillions of shares doesn't do much for anyone. Either consolidate or do a buy back.
