the sub-underwriters are probably unlikely to see any shares if enough people take up the offer currently on the table through the SPP.
why don't some of the long longs make an offer to the consistent sellers at 1.9/2 cents to relieve them of all their stake in ESI? could be the last chance.
this needs another big announcement for it to break 2 cent resistance, unless volume keeps moving up.
