I am not baffled that the SP has gone down, dissappointed - yes.

When all this work has gone into Cap raising,SPP - dillution of the old school, Tincom etc etc and when it all looks rosey - BANG the Bros sell 20 million shares. That doesnt look good to the Insto's or shareholders that might have a punt on this one. Does that mean that the co is in trouble? are they bailing? do they need the cash? could they have sold in a better way?

whats done is done, what we need from here is that the C Bros stop selling, how do we stop them, can we stop them. maybe escrow? maybe they line a buyer up off market who does want in (tincom).

I agree Sp3, the co is in as good a shape from a business view point as its ever been, just need to mop this one up. can it be mopped up - I beleive so. to follow i imagine would be the analyst report, maybe intos involment, spv....

next week will be interesting either way.
