I an not sure what you seek to gain from your post above? Why is it in your self interest to talk the stock down, when the stock is suspended and you hold stock? It is difficult to see how you would gain from talking the stock down? So why do it? Even if you truly believe that the offer, if one is made, will be significantly lower than others, why say it on a public forum? Why do you care? What do you gain?

The offer, if it occurs, will be what it will be.
