    Geoff, whilst what you suggest maybe worthwhile,though I very much doubt it as these issues were not new as you pointed out, we are talking about discovery here..it is not for us to judge if there is a winnable case here...every bush lawyers and his dogs can express an opinion here but for a lot of small shareholdrs, they feel that they have been back into a corner and the only way out is to fight their way out, no point in cutting and running anymore.
