YR what is better than nothing? Have you try selling your stock? See where it takes u if you have a reasonable parcel. It may as well be nothing. Look at MM's investment now if he tries to sell it, I bet he would get less than 100k, he may as well write it off but takes solace if some retribtory actions...a lot of us feel the same way..
