Your imagination never ceases to amaze me. It has really come to the fore since Wednesday's dismal announcement. You need to direct your imagination to much more profitable and fun pursuits. Become an author specializing in intrigue and thrillers.

Am I now to understand that AP's rejection of TZL (or PB more accurately) on a tender for 300 lockers was all part of an AP or PB conspiracy to trash TZL so they could swoop on the company and own the technology outright?

ON a separate point can someone clearly and concisely set out for me what the basis of a class action against TZL is? What have they done? When? I am not saying there isn't a basis for one, I just want to understand what the thinking behind of the speculation on this thread is.

And finally, I seem to recall that TZL did announce that they were working NextDC. So what else are you expecting them to announce? Do you think they should be telling the market about every purchase order? You know, "hey fellas we got 5 handles today and we expect another 10 tomorrow, but we will announce that when we get it".

If you feel a need to micromanage the company, either get a job there or sell and move on. If you do not trust them you shouldn't be investing with them. Cut your losses and get this crap out of your life!

Don't get me wrong, I am as dissatisfied as the rest of you. But Frankly I think many of the expectations and reactions expressed here are based on some very naive notions.

I accept that we have had a management guilty of blue sky thinking and a little soggy sao in its writing. You only have to read the last annual report - the internet of things! Hopefully that is gone and we can focus on the real world, here and now.

I also share some concerns about the apparent move to OurPAD. For years all at TZL have talked about solving the last mile. The solution was locker banks! Now, there is no last mile! We just need more expensive letter boxes that connect to the internet. It might work, but you are not going to get a big premium for them. And certainly don't talk about refrigerating them - total madness! Stick with the Coles idea. Shared infrastructure is the way to go. No one gets groceries and parcels delivered everyday at home. And my groceries would need an OurPAD the size of a large car boot!

BTW, if AP goes with lockers and selects software from one supplier does it rule out someone else supplying lockers in the future. For mine, I can not see Australia Post committing to one supplier for ever. Let's remember PB's unsuccessful bid was always going to struggle against an imported solution given the strength of the Dollar. The dollar is moving in the right direction let's hope it gets back in the 80s soon. The successful tenderer might struggle to make a buck if the dollar moves down significantly although the Euro is stuffed.
