My opnion only. Does appear strange that TZ and PB started their courtship in December 2010 with Safeway so I think the tender process would have been well and truely discussed since then. So the idea of over pricing with AP feels funny. TZ now does not like PB which allows them to go seperate ways and then AP who does like the lockers to get a stake/own TZ by driving price down so my money is on AP. If a takeover is on then I guess one option is to buy up when price is low to scuttle or delay things.
