I'd be giving Mr Bourisat least the rest of the financial year to make things clearer in terms of his prior comments about TZL's performance.

On tender losses and or wins... Some time ago there was a hoha over an Italian company winning the tender to supply marble for Parliament House at a significantly higher pice than asked for by local companies. The aussie companies marble was acknowldged to be the same standard, or better than the Italian marble....

Down the road it emerged that an aussie company did in fact supply the marble... on the italians behalf... with the italian company simply pocketing the difference....

So stranger things have happened and TZL could still end up supplying its tech yet to AP .... unlikely sure... but possible and with real world precedents in this country.
