Hi all clearly almost right across the board in resource today the ASX doesn't want to follow the US lead. funny what we almost always seem to follow it when it had a bad night.

I'm very quietly confident this is a good buy for ozl there been some talk that Carrapateena should have at least 2.7 million tons of Copper, at 100,000tpa that is a mine life of 27 years. Carrapateena should provide OZL with a growth strategy and long mine life.

Some risks? yes.
It is a little deep, it is expensive to bring to production (up to $2.5B), but a mine life of 18 years at 150,000tpa or 27 years at 100,000tpa sets OZL up for the long term, provided they can solve the mining issues. These may not be easy.

Gold by-products are low, but the Uranium will help to keep C1 costs low.

For what its worth IMO The price at $250m is brilliant.
