you are without doubt the best thing to come onto the ozl forum since HT
i can't quite get my head around SFR because i'm too green with envy but OZL under TB have taken an important strategic stake
i agree that, unless you have your food money on the table, it might be prudent to look away from the market and share prices for a while

the carrapateena purchase ticks many boxes and, if viewed over a 3/4/5 year timeframe rather than the 10 second approach that most analysts have given it, is an absolute game changer
the cash for the purchase was at the bottom end of expectations/the spend to prove up the resource will be a singular urine splash in the ocean for ozl's cash pile/the spend to bring it to production is some years down the track
but the most important implication is for SFR - KS will need to hope that copper prices, the global economy and credit all hold up because there is a predator lurking who now has the luxury of being able to stalk its prey without the customary attendant pressures
