    I have just read all the posts. Is there anything more you want me to discuss or has it already been covered.

    I agree with you on the JORC. I started a thread "JORC before you Walk" saying that buying something w/o a JORC is highly risky. You raise some good "why" questions and they have helped to "temper" OZL holders enthusiasm. Thanks for the input, it is much appreciated.
