10c is a perfect trading level as there's less downside to the upside.
The sellers capping it at 10.5c are the ones buying at 10. Making it look too top heavy thus drawing the sellers into them whilst selling to the impatient and/or optimistic.

They will not let it surpass this level until news comes out imo. For the moment they're making a nice 5% profit playing around these levels waiting for the next bit of info before they strike either way. Most will keep a holding but not too much that they can't offload quickly if need be.
