Dott, I seriously did not realise that the notes could be converted into 6 shares. This protects the company from SP manipulation near conversion date, unless we are above 17.5c by February. I haven't come across this before, I've only seen notes that convert into shares with no restraints.
That got me excited about Dragon buying their own shares back...
However, the note holders would be entitled to ask for cash @ $1.05 per note if they were below that price anyhow.
