good evening all, thankyou for all the imput,I have just returned from a gathering where i spoke to a friend who got this sorted out with Michael Naylor today.ok here goes, buying back shares is certainly a very attractive option, however they are reluctant to exposing us to a cash squeeze come feb, as if we use our cash flow now buying stock and for whatever reason do not have the stock at plus 17.5 cents, then our note holders will indeed redeem in cash rather than accepting stock and as well as using up cash doing this, plus our other expenses of course, would still have to trump up another 12 mil or so, i think it is down to a safe rather conservative approach by our management, and given the current times and , i'm willing to accept the benefits between the two strategies being maybe marginal, accept maybe clearing some of this damn selling :):)why not and good on them.
