    drivetrain looks like a good fit with possible synergies.
    judging by the 2.6 mil NPAT and likely interest cost of 1 mil this should be eps accretive and l am looking for 20c eps and $3 value - market seems to like it also.

    what a great growth stock this one is, lets pray for it to continue.
