Says who? Every report I have read refers to it as dollars and the initial quote refers to it as US$. You sure you want to use the word 'actually'? Where's your proof?

It's not to co-invest in a well, it's to buy a 25% stake in the whole tenement. Who would be stupid enough to think they can buy a 25% share in a potential 16.3Tcf gas field?
